       * THERE ARE NO LIMITATIONS ON HOW YOU SPEND THE MONEY. WE DO 
          SUGGEST YOU SPEND THE MONEY WISELY
2.) CAN THE LENDER TAKE MY HOME AWAY? NO. AS LONG AS YOU PAY THE 
     TAXES AND INSURANCE AND CONTINUE TO OCCUPY YOUR HOME. YOU
     MAY REPAY YOU LOAN AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PENALTY.

     OCCUPY. TOWNHOUSES, DETATCHED HOMES, UNITS IN  CONDOMINIUMS
     AND SOME MANUFACTURED HOMES ARE ELIGIBLE. CONDOMINIUMS
     MUST BE FHA APPROVED.
